Refund policy

Think carefully when buying a product online and act responsibly when returning it. We want you to always be completely satisfied with your Kitchen Lab Co. product. So if you want to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days after receipt at your own expense.

Returning an article is only possible when the article:
• Is undamaged
• It has not been used

How to request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@kitchenlabco.com, stating the reason for the return or exchange. Do not forget to add the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name

Exchanging an article
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an article. You have to return the article as described above and then place a new order. 

Refund
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If the item is returned correctly, you will automatically be refunded using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank to process the refund.
