Delivery time
Orders placed and paid before 21:00 on working days (Monday to Friday) will be sent the same day. This does not include public holidays.
In some cases the carrier may delay the delivery of orders.
Shipping costs
We ship orders in The Netherlands and to Belgium with DHL. For orders up to €40,- we charge a shipping fee of €2,99. From €40,- (after deduction of discounts) shipping is free.
Track & Trace
You will receive a Track & Trace number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping to a different address
You can indicate in the ordering process that the order should be delivered to a different address.
Returns
Think carefully when buying a product online and act responsibly when returning it. We want you to always be completely satisfied with your Kitchen Lab Co. product. So if you want to return or exchange an article you can do so within 14 days after receipt at your own expense.
Returning an article is only possible when the article:
• Is undamaged
• It has not been used
How to request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@kitchenlabco.com, stating the reason for the return or exchange. Do not forget to add the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name

Exchanging an article
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an article. You have to return the article as described above and then place a new order.
Refund
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If the item is returned correctly, you will automatically be refunded using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank to process the refund.
Is your order damaged, incorrect, incomplete or faulty?
If something is wrong with the receipt of your order, or your product is damaged or defective, you can exchange the product free of charge within 30 days after receipt. Please contact us at contact@kitchenlabco.com and specify what is wrong and add photos if necessary. We will then contact you as soon as possible for a free return or other solution.
