Warranty

We maintain a high quality standard for our products, so you can expect to enjoy your purchase for a long time. If a problem unexpectedly arises with one of our products, you can always count on us to help you with the best possible solution. 

Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to us in writing within 2 months of delivery. In this case, returning the item must be in the original packaging and in new condition. 

You receive a standard 1-year warranty on all our products. This warranty does not apply if:

• You have repaired and/or edited the delivered products yourself or had them repaired and/or edited by third parties;
• The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or contrary to our instructions and/or on the packaging;
• The defect is wholly or partly the result of regulations that the government has imposed or will impose with regard to the nature or quality of the materials used.
